About Us

Uplifting Young Leaders via Innovation

The team at the Leadership Genesis Project has worked tirelessly to establish a nonprofit organization and execute plans to accomplish audacious first-year goals. Our team is comprised of award recipients who were selected in their 8th-grade school year and have remained team members

We ensure that the Leadership Genesis Project remains youth-focused and youth-led by requiring that 50% of our Board of Director members are between the ages of 14 and 21 years old. Our team members who are responsible for the various teams in our organization were recognized as exceptional student leaders in 8th grade and given impactful roles and responsibilities in one or more teams of the Leadership Genesis Project
